Some of this website's content, design, and layout was created with the help of AI-assisted tools. The booking-inquiry form uses automated (including AI-assisted) spam prevention and may use AI-assisted tools to help organize and respond to inquiries more quickly. Any AI assistance is reviewed and directed by Steve Rivera; I personally read and respond to booking inquiries.

I do not use AI to generate fake reviews, fake testimonials, or fabricated performance history. The quotes on this site represent real feedback from real people.

Information you submit through the booking form may be processed by AI-assisted tools to help me respond and manage bookings. I do not knowingly use your personal information to train public AI models. The third-party tools I rely on have their own policies governing how data is handled — see the Privacy Policy for details.

Steve Rivera's name, likeness, voice, headshots, show titles (including Innocent Ignorance), and comedy material are his intellectual property. You may not use AI tools to generate, clone, synthesize, or impersonate Steve Rivera's voice, image, or material — in whole or in part — without explicit written permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• AI-generated images, video, or audio that mimics or represents Steve Rivera.
• Voice cloning or synthetic speech based on Steve Rivera's recordings.
• Training AI models on his jokes, sets, writing, or likeness.
• Using AI to create content that implies a false endorsement or affiliation.

Approved headshots and bio text provided on the Press Kit page may be used to promote a confirmed Steve Rivera booking — by the venue or promoter, in standard (non-AI) form. Any use of AI to alter or extend those assets requires written permission.

I aim for accuracy on this site. Where AI assists with content, I review it before publishing. If you spot something inaccurate — a date, a claim, or anything else — let me know and I'll fix it. I'm accountable for what's published here.

This site is intended to be discoverable by search engines and answer engines serving the Midwest and beyond. Standard search and AI-answer crawlers are permitted to index public pages for the purpose of surfacing accurate information about Steve Rivera. Scraping content to build datasets, clone material, or train models on Steve Rivera's work is not permitted.
